You can now bulk-edit contact records directly from any AG Grid contact list. Select multiple rows, open the bulk edit modal, and update standard fields or custom fields in one action.
Capture OCR and Identity Verification are now controlled by deployment gates, so administrators can enable or disable these features per environment without a full deployment. When disabled, the interface hides capture options and shows a clear message to users.
Export and import complete custom field configurations, including automation rules, as a migration package. This is ideal for moving field definitions between tenants or staging environments.
Packages can be emailed as JSON attachments and imported through rake tasks, with deduplication to prevent duplicate field labels.
A major refresh of the DM Form Capture OCR pipeline and identity verification interface:
New formula field types let you aggregate values across related records, including sum, count, average, minimum, and maximum, directly in custom field definitions. This works on contact child forms and company-level fields.
InvestGlass now connects to Ethera for digital asset custody and portfolio data. Configure the API connector in Settings > API Connectors to sync holdings and transactions.
Two major portfolio capabilities shipped together:
New API connectors for Liberty and Swixx enable order submission and status tracking directly from InvestGlass. Configure credentials in the API Connectors drawer and map fields to your order workflow.
Connect your Google or Microsoft account to sync email, tasks, and calendar events into InvestGlass. Reply to emails from the inbox, create tasks from messages, and see your schedule without leaving the CRM.
The approval process module received a full developer refresh, including new grid views, save-view support, a re-edit flow for change-requested documents, and improved log filtering. Approvers can now track every step with sortable, filterable approval logs.
Campaign audience lists now support bulk editing of contact fields. Update tags, custom fields, or compliance status across an entire audience segment in one action.
Iframe widgets on Account, Contact, and Portfolio single-record views can now load external content filtered by the current record’s data. Use {{placeholder}} tokens in the iframe URL to inject account names, back-office IDs, portfolio numbers, or custom field values at runtime.
Zum Beispiel, https://dashboard.example.com/report?bp={{account.name}} automatically loads the report for the account being viewed.
DM forms can now require TOTP-based two-factor authentication through an authenticator app before a client can submit sensitive documents. Configure this per form in the form builder.
Two compliance-focused capabilities:
A redesigned pipeline experience with Kanban-style stage views, currency support, inline opportunity editing, and improved filtering. Drag opportunities between stages and see totals update in real time.
Forms now support calculated fields that evaluate formulas based on other question answers. They are ideal for suitability questionnaires, risk scoring, and fee calculations that update as the client completes the form.
API connectors migrated to a YAML-registry adapter pattern with a unified BaseAdapter und ConnectorService. Adding a new vendor now requires only a configuration entry and adapter class, with no schema changes.
Client portal users must complete two-factor authentication before accessing shared files or folders through the Conduit portal link. This protects sensitive documents even when share links are forwarded.
COFEX custodian data synchronization is now live, importing holdings and transactions on a schedule. Swissquote performance data integration delivers time-weighted returns directly into portfolio views.
Outbound emails from InvestGlass now support SPF and DKIM signing, improving deliverability and reducing the chance of messages landing in spam folders.
InvestGlass is now available in Italian. Switch your language preference in Settings > Profile to see the full interface, notifications, and email templates in Italian.
DM forms can now be configured as singletons, with only one submission per contact, and automatic draft saving. Clients do not lose progress on long KYC or onboarding forms.
Two new integrations:
Generate tax quotes and invoices directly from InvestGlass. Configure tax rates, line items, and email delivery, with a public invoice page clients can access through a secure link.
Companies can now require a secret question during onboarding. Users must answer correctly before resetting their password, adding an extra layer of account protection.
Enrich corporate contact records automatically with company registry data from North Data, including legal form, directors, financials, and ownership structure.
A dedicated Contracts module for managing mandate agreements, fee schedules, and service contracts. Link contracts to accounts and contacts, track renewal dates, and add relation tabs on contract detail pages.
Model complex entity structures with the new Relations module. Define parent-child, UBO, and custom relationship types between contacts and accounts, with visibility tag support and grid filtering.
InvestGlass rolled out a comprehensive interface refresh with updated navigation, modernized AG Grid tables, redesigned single-record views, inline editing with toast confirmations, and a cleaner widget framework. The new design improves readability and reduces clicks for everyday CRM tasks.
Custom fields now support regex patterns for input validation. Team members can also decline pending invitations instead of leaving them in limbo.
The API Connectors drawer is now available globally across InvestGlass. Configure vendor credentials once and use them from any module that supports integrations.
Connect to Standard Chartered for live FX quotes and trade execution. Configure the connector in Settings and request quotes directly from the trading module.
The Ask AI module now supports custom knowledge sources. Upload product sheets, compliance policies, or fee schedules so the AI assistant answers questions grounded in your company data.
Three quality-of-life features shipped together:
Enterprise customers can now authenticate through ADFS or any SAML 2.0 identity provider. Configure SSO in Company Settings and map attributes to InvestGlass user profiles.
Register webhook URLs to receive real-time event notifications from InvestGlass. PDF form generation now runs in the background, so there is no waiting on large multi-page documents.
Legacy column-based API vendor configurations migrated to the new API Connectors model. Existing integrations continue working with improved credential management and audit logging.
Portfolio analytics received a major expansion:
Design reusable PDF templates with merge fields for client reports, statements, and compliance letters. The Campaign module now includes dedicated list views with participant filtering.
Generate email drafts and document content using AI templates. Define prompts with merge variables and let the AI produce client-ready text for review and editing before sending.
Risk monitoring templates now include VaR, CVaR, beta, and tracking error metrics. Configure thresholds and receive breach alerts when portfolios exceed limits.
Administrators can now set minimum password length and require uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters per company. These rules are enforced at next login or password reset for all users.
