\u4e2a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u53d7\u5230\u5f71\u54cd\u3002.&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6709\u6548\u8bb0\u5f55\u3001\u5206\u6790\u548c\u5e94\u5bf9\u4e8b\u6545\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7ef4\u62a4\u516c\u53f8\u58f0\u8a89\u3001\u63d0\u9ad8\u8fd0\u8425\u6548\u7387\u548c\u9075\u5b88\u6cd5\u89c4\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5b9e\u65bd\u5f3a\u5927\u7684\u4e8b\u6545\u62a5\u544a\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e0d\u4ec5\u80fd\u7b80\u5316\u62a5\u544a\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u8fd8\u80fd\u589e\u5f3a\u4f01\u4e1a\u964d\u4f4e\u98ce\u9669\u548c\u9884\u9632\u672a\u6765\u4e8b\u6545\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c2021 \u5e74\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u79c1\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u96c7\u4e3b\u62a5\u544a\u4e86\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/safetyiq.com\/insight\/the-importance-of-incident-reporting\/\">260 \u4e07\u4f8b<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u975e\u81f4\u547d\u6027\u5de5\u4f24\u548c\u75be\u75c5\u3002.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u901a\u8fc7\u7cfb\u7edf\u5730\u8bb0\u5f55\u548c\u68c0\u67e5\u6b64\u7c7b\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u53ef\u4ee5\u786e\u5b9a\u8d8b\u52bf\u3001\u53d1\u73b0\u6839\u672c\u539f\u56e0\u5e76\u5b9e\u65bd\u7ea0\u6b63\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4ee5\u52a0\u5f3a\u5de5\u4f5c\u573a\u6240\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u3002  \u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4e8b\u6545\u62a5\u544a\u7cfb\u7edf\u5728\u8bc6\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u573a\u6240\u5371\u9669\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u6325\u7740\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u88ab\u5ffd\u89c6\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u53ef\u4ee5\u91c7\u53d6\u6709\u9488\u5bf9\u6027\u7684\u5e72\u9884\u63aa\u65bd\u6765\u5e94\u5bf9\u7279\u5b9a\u98ce\u9669\u3002  \u8fd9\u79cd\u79ef\u6781\u4e3b\u52a8\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e0d\u4ec5\u80fd\u8425\u9020\u66f4\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u6301\u7eed\u6539\u8fdb\u548c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5b66\u4e60\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">InvestGlass \u662f\u745e\u58eb\u4e00\u5bb6\u9886\u5148\u7684\u8f6f\u4ef6\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5168\u9762\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6\u62a5\u544a\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u4ee5\u6ee1\u8db3\u73b0\u4ee3\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u5728\u672c\u6587\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u63a2\u8ba8\u4e8b\u4ef6\u62a5\u544a\u8f6f\u4ef6\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u8ba8\u8bba class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e8b\u6545\u62a5\u544a\u8f6f\u4ef6\u65e8\u5728\u4fc3\u8fdb\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5185\u4e8b\u6545\u7684\u8bb0\u5f55\u3001\u8ddf\u8e2a\u548c\u5206\u6790\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7cfb\u7edf\u7528\u4e8e\u62a5\u544a\u5404\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5de5\u4f24\u3001\u5b89\u5168\u6f0f\u6d1e\u3001\u8bbe\u5907\u6545\u969c\u548c\u5ba2\u6237\u6295\u8bc9\u3002\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7ba1\u7406\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u6982\u8ff0\u4e86\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7ba1\u7406\u4ece\u8bc6\u522b\u5230\u89e3\u51b3\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u5316\u6b65\u9aa4\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u91c7\u7528\u7cfb\u7edf\u5316\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u8bc6\u522b\u4e8b\u4ef6\u662f\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7ba1\u7406\u6d41\u7a0b\u4e2d\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\uff0c\u8981\u8ba4\u8bc6\u5230\u95ee\u9898\u53ef\u80fd\u6765\u81ea\u5185\u90e8\u6d41\u7a0b\u6216\u5ba2\u6237\u4e92\u52a8\u7b49\u5404\u79cd\u6765\u6e90\u3002\u5236\u5b9a\u91cd\u5927\u4e8b\u4ef6\u5347\u7ea7\u653f\u7b56\u5bf9\u4e8e\u786e\u4fdd\u9ad8\u4f18\u5148\u7ea7\u95ee\u9898\u5f97\u5230\u53ca\u65f6\u5904\u7406\u5341\u5206\u5fc5\u8981\u3002\u4e13\u95e8\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7ba1\u7406\u6d41\u7a0b\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u7ec4\u7ec7\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u56e2\u961f\u548c\u8d44\u6e90\u6765\u4fc3\u8fdb\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u89e3\u51b3\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u9ad8\u6548\u5730\u6062\u590d\u6b63\u5e38\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u786e\u5b9a\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u4f18\u5148\u7ea7\u4e5f\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u8fd9\u53ef\u4ee5\u6839\u636e\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u7d27\u8feb\u6027\u548c\u5bf9\u4e1a\u52a1\u8fd0\u8425\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u8fdb\u884c\u5206\u7c7b\u548c\u5904\u7406\u3002\u4e8b\u4ef6\u62a5\u544a\u8f6f\u4ef6\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u6807\u662f\u786e\u4fdd\u53ca\u65f6\u62a5\u544a\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3001\u8fdb\u884c\u5f7b\u5e95\u8c03\u67e5\u5e76\u652f\u6301\u5b9e\u65bd\u7ea0\u6b63\u63aa\u65bd\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u4e8b\u4ef6\u62a5\u544a\u8f6f\u4ef6\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u4f18\u70b9\u5305\u62ec<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u62a5\u544a\u6548\u7387\uff1a<\/strong> \u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6\u62a5\u544a\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5982\u7eb8\u8d28\u8868\u683c\u6216\u7535\u5b50\u8868\u683c\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u65e2\u7e41\u7410\u53c8\u5bb9\u6613\u51fa\u9519\u3002\u4e8b\u6545\u62a5\u544a\u8f6f\u4ef6\u53ef\u81ea\u52a8\u7b80\u5316\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u8ba9\u5458\u5de5\u901a\u8fc7\u6570\u5b57\u5e73\u53f0\u5feb\u901f\u51c6\u786e\u5730\u62a5\u544a\u4e8b\u6545\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u96c6\u4e2d\u6570\u636e\u7ba1\u7406\uff1a<\/strong>
