\u5728\u8be5\u56fd\u3002\u8fd9\u9879\u65b0\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5c06\u4ea7\u751f\u66f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5e76\u5bf9\u6574\u4e2a\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u5e02\u573a\u4ea7\u751f\u51b2\u51fb\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-high-real-estate-prices-in-saudi-arabia\">\u6c99\u7279\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u9ad8\u6602\u7684\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u4ef7\u683c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u636e\u963f\u5c14\u54c8\u9ed8\u5fb7\u79f0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investglass.com\/zh\/%e6%88%bf%e5%9c%b0%e4%ba%a7%e6%8a%95%e8%b5%84%e8%80%85%e9%97%a8%e6%88%b7%e7%bd%91%e7%ab%99\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1147\">\u623f\u5730\u4ea7<\/a> \u4ef7\u683c\u5bf9\u6574\u4e2a\u884c\u4e1a\u4e0d\u5229\u3002\u4ed6\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5728\u5bfb\u6c42\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u7684\u4eba\u7fa4\u4e2d\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u8d2d\u4e70\u529b\u83b7\u5f97\u5408\u9002\u623f\u4ea7\u7684\u4eba\u6240\u5360\u6bd4\u4f8b\u6700\u5927\u3002\u9ad8\u623f\u4ef7\u4e5f\u5f71\u54cd\u4e86\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u548c\u571f\u5730\u6240\u6709\u8005\uff0c\u4f7f\u4ea4\u6613\u66f4\u52a0\u56f0\u96be\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-new-law-for-foreign-ownership\">\u5916\u56fd\u6240\u6709\u6743\u65b0\u6cd5<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alhammad \u900f\u9732\uff0c\u5173\u4e8e\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u62e5\u6709\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u7684\u65b0\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5df2\u8fdb\u5165\u6700\u540e\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u4e0d\u4e45\u5c06\u516c\u5e03\u4e8e\u4f17\u3002\u8fd9\u90e8\u65b0\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5c06\u6bd4\u73b0\u884c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u66f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u3001\u66f4\u5168\u9762\uff0c\u5141\u8bb8\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u6839\u636e\u89c4\u5b9a\u62e5\u6709\u5404\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5546\u4e1a\u3001\u4f4f\u5b85\u548c\u519c\u4e1a\u5730\u4ea7\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5f53\u5c40\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\u8868\u793a <strong>\u521d\u6b65\u89e3\u8bfb\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5141\u8bb8\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u5728\u738b\u56fd\u4efb\u4f55\u5730\u65b9\u62e5\u6709\u623f\u4ea7<\/strong>, \u5305\u62ec\u9ea6\u52a0\u548c\u9ea6\u5730\u90a3\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u51cf\u8f7b\u5916\u56fd\u6240\u6709\u6743\u7684\u8d1f\u9762\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u8be5\u6cd5\u5f8b\u65e8\u5728\u89e3\u51b3\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u548c\u4e0d\u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-implications-for-white-lands-and-fee-changes\">\u5bf9\u767d\u5730\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u548c\u6536\u8d39\u53d8\u5316<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alhammad \u8fd8\u8c08\u5230\u4e86\u5bf9\u767d\u5730\u5f81\u6536\u8d39\u7528\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u4ed6\u63d0\u5230\uff0c2017 \u5e74\u9996\u6b21\u5f81\u6536\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u5e02\u653f\u548c\u519c\u6751\u4e8b\u52a1\u90e8\u76ee\u524d\u6b63\u5728\u7814\u7a76\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8d39\u7528\u518d\u589e\u52a0\u6216\u63d0\u9ad8 10% \u7684\u6548\u7387\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6b32\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u6709\u5173\u5982\u4f55 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investglass.com\/zh\/%e6%88%bf%e5%9c%b0%e4%ba%a7%e5%bc%80%e5%8f%91%e5%95%86%e7%9a%84-crm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"
