LCB FT \u6cd5\u89c4\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u672c\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u89e3\u91ca\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f \"\u4e86\u89e3\u5ba2\u6237 \"\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4ee5\u53ca\u6cd5\u56fd\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\/\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u94f6\u884c-\u91d1\u878d\u65f6\u62a5\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KYC \u7a0b\u5e8f\u7528\u4e8e\u94f6\u884c\u3001\u652f\u4ed8\u548c\u4fdd\u9669\u884c\u4e1a\uff0c\u662f\u6cd5\u5f8b\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u5c3d\u804c\u8c03\u67e5\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u8fd9\u9879\u63aa\u65bd\u5bf9\u4e8e\u9075\u5b88\u56fd\u9645\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u89c4\u662f\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u3002 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investglass.com\/zh\/%e4%ba%ba%e5%b7%a5%e6%99%ba%e8%83%bd%e6%94%b9%e5%8f%98%e5%8f%8d%e6%b4%97%e9%92%b1%e6%b8%b8%e6%88%8f%e8%a7%84%e5%88%99\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"2447\">\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1<\/a> \u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\/\u6253\u51fb\u8d44\u52a9\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u4e49\u884c\u4e3a\uff08AML\/CFT\uff09\u6761\u4f8b\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u6cd5\u56fd\uff0c\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\/\u6253\u51fb\u8d44\u52a9\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u4e49\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6846\u67b6\u8f7d\u4e8e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6761\u6b3e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.codes-et-lois.fr\/code-monetaire-et-financier\/article-l561-2\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">L561-2<\/a>. .KYC \u662f\u9488\u5bf9\u4e2a\u4eba\u7684\u3002KYB \u6216 \u201c\u4e86\u89e3\u4f60\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1 \u201d\u662f\u9488\u5bf9\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KYC \u7a0b\u5e8f\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u9632\u6b62\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u88ab\u72af\u7f6a\u5206\u5b50\u6709\u610f\u6216\u65e0\u610f\u5730\u7528\u4e8e\u6d17\u94b1\u6216\u8d44\u52a9\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u4e49\u3002KYC <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investglass.com\/zh\/ai-%e5%af%b9%e4%b8%ad%e5%a4%ae%e9%93%b6%e8%a1%8c%e8%b4%a7%e5%b8%81%e6%94%bf%e7%ad%96%e5%92%8c%e5%86%b3%e7%ad%96%e8%bf%87%e7%a8%8b%e7%9a%84%e5%bd%b1%e5%93%8d\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"2044\">\u8be5\u7a0b\u5e8f\u8fd8\u5141\u8bb8\u94f6\u884c<\/a> \u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u5ba2\u6237\u53ca\u5176\u91d1\u878d\u4ea4\u6613\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u6b27\u6d32\u548c\u745e\u58eb\u7acb\u6cd5\u7684\u6307\u5bfc\u4e0b\uff0cKYC \u7684\u5173\u952e\u8981\u7d20\u5728\u5927\u591a\u6570\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u7acb\u6cd5\u4e2d\u90fd\u662f\u76f8\u4f3c\u7684\u3002\u5ba1\u614e\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u91c7\u7528\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\u5c06\u52a0\u5f3a\u5bf9\u4f20\u7edf\u652f\u4ed8\u4ee5\u53ca\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u76f8\u5173\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u76d1\u63a7\u3002\u5927\u591a\u6570\u6295\u8d44\u516c\u53f8\u6b63\u5728\u91c7\u7528\u6b27\u76df\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u6846\u67b6\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n<div \u7a0b\u5e8f\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KYC \u7a0b\u5e8f\u5305\u62ec\u6536\u96c6\u6709\u5173\u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u6570\u636e\u548c\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- \u9a8c\u8bc1\u5ba2\u6237\u8eab\u4efd<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- \u4e86\u89e3\u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\u6d3b\u52a8\u548c\u6982\u51b5<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- \u786e\u5b9a\u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u72b6\u51b5<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- \u76d1\u63a7\u5ba2\u6237\u4ea4\u6613<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6570\u636e\u4e0e\u591a\u4e2a\u6570\u636e\u5e93\u8fdb\u884c\u6838\u5bf9\u3002InvestGlass \u56e2\u961f\u5c06\u5ba2\u6237\u5173\u7cfb\u7ba1\u7406\u4e0e\u7edf\u8ba1\u6570\u636e\u548c\u98ce\u9669\u8bc4\u4f30\u5de5\u5177\u8fde\u63a5\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u3002\u6bcf\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u53ef\u4ee5\u7ba1\u7406\u4e0d\u540c\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5f00\u8bbe\u8d26\u6237\u7684\u6700\u7ec8\u51b3\u5b9a\u6743\u5f80\u5f80\u5728\u60a8\u624b\u4e2d\u3002\u9664\u975e\u60a8\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\u96b6\u5c5e\u4e8e\u53e6\u4e00\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u60a8\u5fc5\u987b\u9075\u5b88\u8054\u5408\u51c6\u5219\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">InvestGlass \u5ba2\u6237\u59cb\u7ec8\u4f7f\u7528 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investglass.com\/zh\/%e6%95%b0%e5%ad%97%e5%85%a5%e8%81%8c\/\" title=\"\u6570\u5b57\u5165\u804c\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"133\">\u6570\u5b57\u5165\u804c<\/a> \u8868\u683c\u6536\u96c6\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u5982\u59d3\u3001\u540d\u3001\u90ae\u5bc4\u5730\u5740\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u4ef6\u3001\u624b\u673a......\u4f46\u4e5f\u6536\u96c6\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5185\u5bb9 \u4e2a\u6708\u4ee5\u5185\u7684 KBIS \u6458\u5f55\u3001\u7ae0\u7a0b\u526f\u672c\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4f01\u4e1a\u8eab\u4efd\u5361\u6216 \u201cExtrait Kbis \u201d\u6bd4\u4ee5\u524d\u5305\u542b\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u6bcf\u5bb6\u5728\u5546\u4f1a\u6216\u8ba1\u91cf\u5546\u4f1a\u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u90fd\u6709\u4e00\u5f20 \"Kbis \u8bc1\"\u3002\u8be5\u5b98\u65b9\u6587\u4ef6\u79f0\u4e3a KBIS\uff0c\u8bc1\u660e\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u548c\u5730\u5740\u3001\u6d3b\u52a8\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u6216\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u662f\u5426\u5b58\u5728\u9488\u5bf9\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u96c6\u4f53\u8bc9\u8bbc\u3002\u8be5\u6587\u4ef6\u4f1a\u6839\u636e\u5f71\u54cd\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u8fdb\u884c\u66f4\u65b0\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5bf9\u4e8e EURL\u3001SARL\u3001SAS\u3001SASU \u7b49\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u5b83\u5c06\u663e\u793a \uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u6e05\u7b97\u4eba\u7684\u6743\u529b\u8303\u56f4\uff08\u5982\u9002\u7528\uff09\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5982\u679c\u4f01\u4e1a\u5df2\u8f6c\u79fb\u5230\u4e0d\u540c\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u8bf7\u63d0\u4f9b\u539f\u59cb\u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u65e5\u671f\u548c\u5730\u70b9\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5982\u679c\u9002\u7528\uff0c\u63d0\u53ca\u8d44\u672c\u91cd\u5efa\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u8fdb\u884c\u9762\u5bf9\u9762\u7684\u4f1a\u8c08\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u667a\u80fd\u8868\u683c\u65b9\u4fbf\u5730\u6536\u96c6\u6587\u4ef6\u3002KBIS \u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u53d1\u73b0\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u6700\u540e\u53d7\u76ca\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u3002\u4e0e\u516c\u5171\u673a\u6784\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0cFAFT id=\"h-who-is-affected-by-kyc-in-the-financial-sector\">\u8c01\u4f1a\u53d7\u5230\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u4e1a KYC \u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u81ea 2015 \u5e74\u5df4\u9ece\u6050\u6016\u88ad\u51fb\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4ee5\u6765\uff0cKYC \u7a0b\u5e8f\u5728\u6b27\u6d32\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u6b27\u76df\u7b2c 4 \u53f7\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u6307\u4ee4\uff084AMLD\uff09\u8981\u6c42\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u786e\u4fdd\u5728\u4f01\u4e1a\u5efa\u7acb\u4e1a\u52a1\u5173\u7cfb\u65f6\u5b9e\u65bd\u5e76\u6301\u7eed\u5b9e\u65bd\u5ba2\u6237\u5c3d\u804c\u8c03\u67e5\uff08CDD\uff09\u63aa\u65bd\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DSP 1 \u548c DSP 2 \u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u4f01\u4e1a\u5bf9\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u548c LCB-FT \u68c0\u67e5\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002DSP2 \u6bd4 DSP1 \u66f4\u4e3a\u4e25\u683c\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u4f01\u4e1a\u540c\u65f6\u8003\u8651\u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u6d3b\u52a8\u53ca\u5176\u5730\u7406\u4f4d\u7f6e\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5982\u679c\u516c\u53f8\u4e0d\u9075\u5b88 KYC \u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u9762\u4e34\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5904\u7f5a\u6216\u88ab\u8981\u6c42\u505c\u6b62\u4e0e\u76f8\u5173\u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\u5f80\u6765\u3002\u5728\u6781\u7aef\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u88ab\u540a\u9500\u8425\u4e1a\u6267\u7167\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u60f3\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4e86\u89e3 <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=celex:32015L0849\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u7b2c 2015\/849 \u53f7\u6307\u4ee4<\/a> \u7136\u540e\u7531 2018 \u5e74 5 \u6708 30 \u65e5\u7b2c 5 \u53f7\u6307\u4ee4\u79f0\u4e3a <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=uriserv:OJ.L_.2018.156.01.0043.01.ENG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2018\/843<\/a> \u5f88\u5feb <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investglass.com\/zh\/%e4%bb%80%e4%b9%88%e6%98%af%e7%ac%ac-6-%e5%8f%b7%e5%8f%8d%e6%b4%97%e9%92%b1%e6%8c%87%e4%bb%a4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201c\u65b0\u7684\u548c\u672a\u6765\u7684 \u201d6 AML\u3002.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-is-kyc-systematic-for-aml-and-lcb-ft\">\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u548c LCB-FT \u7684 KYC \u662f\u5426\u7cfb\u7edf\u5316\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u662f\u7684\uff0c\u8fd9\u5bf9\u6240\u6709\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u90fd\u662f\u7cfb\u7edf\u6027\u7684\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u6b27\u6d32\uff0c\u6b27\u76df\u7b2c 4 \u53f7\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u6307\u4ee4\uff084AMLD\uff09\u8981\u6c42\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u786e\u4fdd\u4f01\u4e1a\u5728\u5efa\u7acb\u4e1a\u52a1\u5173\u7cfb\u65f6\u91c7\u53d6\u5ba2\u6237\u5c3d\u804c\u8c03\u67e5\uff08CDD\uff09\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u5e76\u6301\u7eed\u8fdb\u884c\u3002\u7136\u540e\u901a\u8fc7 STR\uff08\u53ef\u7591\u4ea4\u6613\u62a5\u544a\uff09\u5411\u5f53\u5c40\u62a5\u544a\u53ef\u7591\u4ea4\u6613\u3002\u4fe1\u8d37\u673a\u6784\u6bcf\u5929\u90fd\u5728\u5f00\u5c55 KYC
