M\u00e4rz 2024 lanciert wird, erh\u00f6ht die Flexibilit\u00e4t, indem er die Bewilligungspflicht der FINMA aufhebt, die Kosten senkt und Fondsmanager anzieht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L-QIF zielt darauf ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.finma.ch\">\u00a0St\u00e4rkung der finanziellen Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit der Schweiz<\/a>\u00a0und bieten neue Diversifizierungsm\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr qualifizierte Anleger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Realit\u00e4t gilt f\u00fcr die erste H\u00e4lfte des Jahres 2023. Wir glauben, dass viele Anleger ihr Verm\u00f6gen aus AMC - aktiv verwalteten Zertifikaten - abziehen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-are-the-advantages-of-the-l-qif\">Was sind die Vorteile des L-QIF?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die wichtigste Neuerung ist, dass der L-QIF keine Lizenz der Eidgen\u00f6ssischen Finanzmarktaufsicht (FINMA) ben\u00f6tigt. Dies wird den gesamten Auflegungsprozess beschleunigen. Der L-QIF ist ein perfektes Vehikel f\u00fcr die kurzfristige Markteinf\u00fchrung neuer Anlageideen f\u00fcr Beratungsunternehmen und ein perfektes Vehikel f\u00fcr HNWI. Der Boom des L-QIF wird auch profitieren <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investglass.com\/de\/verwaltung-von-private-equity-fonds\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1044\">privates Eigenkapital<\/a> Unternehmen und Immobilieninvestoren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der L-QIF unterliegt keinen Vorschriften \u00fcber m\u00f6gliche Anlagen oder Risikodiversifizierung, was die Verpflichtungen zur Eignung und Angemessenheit vereinfacht.
