Dabei handelt es sich um eine neue Form von Aktiengesellschaften, die das Investieren zum Besseren ver\u00e4ndern soll. In diesem Blogbeitrag werden wir er\u00f6rtern, wie Unternehmen bei der Mittelbeschaffung vorgehen sollten und warum SPACs gut f\u00fcr Ihr Portfolio sein k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SPAC bedeutet Special Purpose Acquisition Company. Es handelt sich um ein Unternehmen, das gegr\u00fcndet wurde, um andere Unternehmen zu kaufen, das aber nicht sehr lange bestehen wird. Vor einem B\u00f6rsengang gilt ein Unternehmen als Privatunternehmen, in der Regel mit einer kleinen Anzahl von Investoren (Gr\u00fcnder, Freunde, Familie und Gesch\u00e4ftsinvestoren wie Risikokapitalgeber oder Angel-Investoren). Wenn eine SPAC nicht verpflichtet ist, den Aktion\u00e4ren eine Vollmachts- oder Informationserkl\u00e4rung zukommen zu lassen (z.
